THE EFFECTS OF THE TECHNOLOGY TO THE IMMIGRATION

Technology has been developing for over thousands of years, and it affects people’s lives in many different ways. For instance, many people in the world have become Internet users who use it for paying the bills, shopping, online studying, etc.. Researches show that approximately 1.6 billion people use Internet in the world. The Internet’s effects are hard to predict. Not only do education, family affairs, wars, and economic and political problems cause the immigration, but also the Internet causes the immigration. Have you ever heard that the Internet causes the immigration? It may be strange for some people, but it is a reality in today’s world. There are several people who immigrate to another country to get married. Internet technology may cause immigration because of people meeting and falling in love on the Internet, and because of the cooperation between people.
Today, Internet technology provides many opportunities to meet new people all around the world. There are a lot of websites for that. Besides these websites, there are many different kinds of programs, such as Skype, Yahoo, Msn, Myspace, Facebook. So, it is possible to meet new people who live abroad. First, people may meet on the Internet by using these kinds of programs, and then they can start to get to know each other. Second, they may fall in love. Next, they might decide to meet in the real life. So, one of them can go to the other’s country for meeting. If everything goes well, they will decide to get married. After that, one of them immigrates to the other’s country. We can see a lot of examples all over the world. From my experience, I met a woman who lives in Florida on the Internet by using Skype. We became really good friends after for a while, and she told me that she had met a man who is from Turkey about 8 months ago. They are going to be married in this summer, and they decided him to immigrate to the U.S. So, when people fall in love each other on the Internet, it may cause the immigration.

Örneğin, dünyadaki birçok kişi faturayı ödemek, alışveriş yapmak, çevrimiçi incelemek için kullanan İnternet kullanıcıları haline geldi. Eğitim, aile işleri, savaşlar ve ekonomik ve siyasi sorunlar yalnızca göçü değil, aynı zamanda internet göçe neden olmaktadır. İnternetin göç etmesine neden olduğunu duydunuz mu? Bazı insanlar için garip olabilir, ancak günümüz dünyasında bir gerçektir. Evlenmek için başka bir ülkeye göç eden birkaç kişi var. İnternet teknolojisi, insanlarla tanışmak, internette birbirlerine aşık olmak yüzünden ve insanlar arasındaki işbirliği yüzünden göçe neden olabilir. Günümüzde İnternet teknolojisi, tüm dünyadaki yeni insanlarla tanışma fırsatını sunmaktadır. Bunun için bir sürü web sitesi var. Bu web sitelerinin yanı sıra, Skype, Yahoo, Msn, Myspace, Facebook gibi birçok farklı program türü de bulunmaktadır. Dolayısıyla, yurtdışında yaşayan yeni insanlarla tanışmak mümkündür. İlk olarak, insanlar bu tür programları kullanarak internette buluşabilir ve sonra birbirlerini tanımaya başlayabilirler. İkincisi, aşık olabilirler. Sonra, gerçek hayatta buluşmaya karar verebilirler. Böylece biri toplantı için diğerinin ülkesine gidebilir. Her şey iyi giderse, evlenmeye karar verirler. Bundan sonra biri diğerinin ülkesine göç ediyor. Dünyanın dört bir yanında birçok örnek görebiliriz. Deneyimlerime dayanarak, Skype'ı kullanarak Internet'te Florida'da yaşayan bir kadınla tanıştım. Bir süre sonra çok iyi arkadaş olduk. Bana yaklaşık 8 ay önce Türkiye'den gelen bir erkeği gördüğünü söyledi. Bu yaz evlenecekler ve ABD'ye göç ettirilmesine karar verdiler. İnsanlar internette birbirlerine aşık olduklarında göçe neden olabilirler.

Mountain Gorillas.  Half man and half beast. This is what is usually said about the gorilla. They say that the gorilla is related to us. You can find mountain gorillas in the Virunga Volcanoes, which are located on the boundaries of Zaire, Rwanda, and Uganda. The Virungas are 600 miles of tropical rainforest. You’ll find then roaming around 7,800 and 11,000 feet, but at low elevations. The gorillas live in units. Most of the units consist of about 6-12 members in it, most of them being related in some way. With each unit, there is a leader, usually an old silverback, who was a virtual dictator. A silverback male has large canines and he may weigh 400 pounds. He is the one who decides when to proceed, and when to stop, and which direction to go.
